I am a neighbor in the next block from Cafe Zoe, for very many years!
I have heard that the amplified music is a real problem for my friends and neighbors living closer to the Cafe, and am writing to encourage you NOT to approve their permit, but to only allow them to offer music inside the Cafe.
Many of our neighbors work non-standard hours, or have babies and small children, and folks need to rest and sleep but cannot with loud music filling the area.
Of course we all support the lovely Cafe, but wish to keep the noise level down to a residential level.
Thanks for considering protecting the peace and quiet for those who need it the most!
