Im writing about Item H1, Climate Action Plan.

Im writing in support of Option 2 energy performance standard for all new residential & non-residential construction. This option addresses space and water heating, which has the biggest impact on emissions. I ask that you consider including dryers, firepits/places, pool heating and stoves. Recent studies document the harm that gas stoves have on health.

I also support pursuing Option 3 in the very near future to address existing buildings, as recommended by staff.
