I am a West Menlo resident with a Chevy Bolt. I would like to request retrofitting more parking spaces with EV chargers in downtown Menlo Park.

The city is lagging behind demand. Ownership of EVs is rapidly increasing. There are extensive parking lots in MP. Only one (Oak Grove) has EV chargers to my knowledge but they are always occupied. There is one on Alma near the train station, but when I tried to use it it was occupied. Also it is not convenient to downtown.

It would be great to be able to charge my Bolt while shopping and/or dining downtown.
