Please use your time to pursue the possibilities of meeting the mandate of the 3,000 needed housing units. They need to be near necessities like stores, transportation and not be all spread through town on single family housing lots.

It is a very large hit to property owners who would be adjacent to these duplex and triplex homes on single family lots. I urge the council to not allow multi family housing on single family lots.
