Dear City Council members, I am writing in support of the planned Santa Cruz Avenue street closure, without which I would not venture to downtown Menlo Park in these pre-vaccine times of Covid-19. Incidentally, I am a Big Fan of a permanent closure of the downtown portion of Santa Cruz Avenue, having enjoyed the walkable main drags of downtown Boulder CO and many European cities large and small.
