Dear City Council: I would like to request that the city considers three things: 1. Cancelling the order for the mobile command center 2. Ceasing to use tasers 3. Ceasing to write tickets for traffic violations downtown (the photo is from November last year, and I took it because the officer almost hit my son driving in the bike lane while on the phone).
