Dear City Council members, I understand that the CAP proposal will be under discussion soon. I'm proud of the progress Menlo Park has made toward carbon neutrality thus far, and I'm very supportive of your efforts to continue our efforts in that direction. I'm especially pleased that this is still a priority during Covid (although I would also understand if the funds earmarked for CAP had to be used in another manner to bolster our community).
