Hello, council members.
Thank you for your work on behalf of our community, and thank you for your leadership in passing the ZELE ordinance. Three related questions:
- Is there a printable document residents can provide to landscape companies to help them understand the ordinance and seek financial help in securing clean-running equipment?
- How will the ordinance be enforced?
- What, if any, responsibility will be put on homeowners / employers of landscapers to ensure the use of non-polluting landscape equipment?
