Hi MP City Council-
My name is Eric Kinney. I have lived in MP for 25+ years. We live in the Flood Triangle neighborhood (District 2).
I am an active swimmer with Menlo Masters.
I’d like to voice my concern over the current negotiations with Tim Sheeper.
A few questions:
1. What are the main issues with Tim Sheeper operating Burgess?
2. Have these issues been discussed with Tim?
3. What is the backup plan if Tim walks at the end of the month?
4. Has the MP staff / MP CC had sufficient dialog with Tim (outside of the formal negotiations) to build upon this partnership?
5. Why doesn’t the City want to go longer than 1 year?
