Hello City Council,
I work at 607 Menlo Ave. I recently became aware of potential major changes to downtown Menlo Park. I object to the building of apartments on parking lots 1, 2 and 3 behind Santa Cruz Ave. There is already a lack of parking in downtown Menlo Park. The combination of removing 556 spaces and adding 483 units does not make sense to me. My understanding is that no study has been done on the impact of traffic on Menlo Park with this proposal.
