Dear members of the Menlo Park City Council, City Manager and City Attorney
I do not believe the city has the right to use the subject parking lots for an alternative use.
Please table the proposal to use the existing downtown parking lot(s) for housing because there exists a possible legal challenge based on Gov Sec 50491, case law, and other sections of the law.
