Honorable Menlo Park City Council,
I support building new affordable homes downtown and I urge you to do the same on January 14th.
The downtown area is ideal for such dense housing arrangements, and nearby cities of Redwood City and Sunnyvale have demonstrated how to make it work and preserve things that residents care about such as street markets and parking (via garages).
A downtown where people can live, work, and take the newly upgraded Caltrain is beneficial for us all.
Please vote "yes" to new affordable homes downtown on January 14th.
