Mayor Combs and Members of the Menlo Park City Council,
We are attaching a petition by people opposing the use of downtown parking lots for high-density housing, relating to Agenda Item H1.
At the time of submission on Jan. 14, 2025, this petition was signed by ~2,900 people, with ~1,450 of them living in Menlo Park. However the number of people who depend on our downtown, either for goods and services, or for their employment, goes beyond our city limits – as evidenced by this petition.
