with the weather warming up and restrictions loosening i would be in favor of keeping the outdoor dining available through the fall to be revisited in oct-nov in order to help revitalize down town. please do not do a 2 year trial. all of your "trials" turn into permanent nightmares that ▒▒▒▒▒ over everyone except the few it purportedly helps. example the "safe rout to school which took away hundreds of parking spots and the students never use. we only barely avoided you putting bike lanes on el camino and removing all that parking and making traffic worse. and you still didn't force stanford to connect willow rd to el camino like you should have in order to build their strip mall. keep the restaurants open through the fall and re address it then. lets only close down this main thoroughfare as long as absolutely necessary.
