We are a couple residing at 1101 Noel Drive. I am writing to express our support to establish Quiet Zones for the rail crossing. Being so close to the station, the horn blasts, in particular the ones close to midnight, are very loud and constantly disrupt our sleep. We hope by establishing Quiet Zones, we would be able to enjoy a quiet time as we now spend much more time at home than ever during this pandemic.
