I have lived in Menlo Park for 10+ years continuously and originally moved here in 1992.
This is the first time I have written to you.
I am motivated to write because I understand you are considering changing the zoning such that single family homes could be converted to multi-family units without even going to the planning commission. This would destroy the character of the community and I am strongly opposed to this move as I believe are the majority of homeowners and residents here.
If you want to do this, you should have to put it to a vote of the community in my opinion.
