Dear City Council and City Planning Department,
I strongly oppose the oversized development of the Heneghan Project on the property formerly occupied by Sunset magazine.
Besides being completely out of scale with nearby business and residential properties, is such a massive development practical
and/or safe for that location?
A building that is 421 feet tall is approximately 4 stories tall.
Can a building that height be supported over an underground garage in creekside alluvial soil?
What will be the traffic impact at the intersection, and on the Willow Road corridor between Hwy 101 and El Camino Real?
There are many serious concerns about this proposed project at that location.
Please investigate better uses for this historical property site.
