I live on Claire Place which is just off Middle Ave. Yes, on Sundays people park in front of my house to go to New Community Church because there’s no parking on Middle Ave. My dogs bark. And THAT IS FINE.
Please keep the bike lane. It makes Middle Ave so much safer. I also love the stop sign at San Mateo and Middle. It stops the commuter traffic of people who used to use Middle to avoid Sand Hill Road, and it slows everyone down.
I strongly approve of the bike lane, and the mild inconvenience for people parking on side streets is worth it. This is a community meant for kids, families and people who walk and bike. Keep this community as safe as possible, and encourage biking.
