A few weeks ago, my emailed comment regarding the streetery/street closure City Council agenda item included a question about Downtown’s cleanliness. While it may have been interpreted as rhetorical, it was, in fact, posed to seek an answer. I will ask again and include a few more. Was there a cleaning crew recently budgeted for for Downtown? When will it be dispatched? Has there ever been a regular cleaning schedule? I know I’m not the only one concerned with the dirty sidewalks, the unkempt storefronts, the litter, the infrastructure. I look forward to connecting with someone in the know.
