Dear City Council members,
I am traveling and not able to attend tonights meeting; however, I do want express my desire for strong traffic safety. Traffic
safety is a many sided beast, so its important to include traffic mitigation, relief, and management. The old school of just
widening roads is not the answer, it is more like kicking the can down the road and with worsening results.
Please incorporate Congestion Relief and management in future planning. Please include traffic mitigation concepts like east-west
mass transit to connect to El Camino and Caltrans with both 280 and 101. Please also consider having all delivery trucks use the
Sand Hill to El Camino Route, rather than going down the residential area of Santa Cruz Ave.
