Dear City Council,
The closure of Santa Cruz Avenue has caused a drop of overall traffic in the Downtown and thus a drop in business revenue. This hurts all small businesses and, as a result, hurts City tax revenues. Please assist small business with helpful policies that encourage traffic from Menlo Park, Atherton, Portola Valley and Woodside.
