Is that the best way to spend this money this year? With all the cuts and job loss - people are actually going hungry. Maybe a food drive, 2nd harvest food bank donation, lighting up the Belle Haven neighborhood where there are far more essential employees who still have to go to work, and or giving bonuses to City employees that had their hours cut and/or make less then $20 an hour? All in the real true meaning of Christmas, the Holiday Spirit, and community. Maybe find a private donor to pay for the tree? Or post a map of neighbors who have great holiday decorations worth driving by?
