Dear City Council Members, First, as always thank you for your service. I'm writing to support getting fiber internet to my condo in Menlo Park at the cross-roads of Burgess Drive and Alma. Today my ATT technician said that fiber has been held up, because the city will not grant the right to do the roadwork? He made it sound like ATT would pay for it, but that the city did not want to cooperate. I'm sure there is much more to the story, and this impression might be completely off.
