Hello Council members, It is my understanding that tonight you will vote on the ALPRs. Please know that our neighborhood community is very much hoping for this initiative to pass. To whom it may concern, Please know that are parks throughout the city, and their surrounding land, are invaluable to so many people. They provide an area of respite and joy, for people of all ages.
