the first thought that comes to mind is "ARE YOU CRAZY?" .. after reading further my conclusion is "YES" !!!!
subtract 500 parking spaces and add 400 cars to less than one square mile .. hope for the best but has anyone prepared for the worst (already heavy traffic and already diminished city center).
